Martin joined JEM Associates in February, 1993, bringing over seventeen years experience in drafting, structural, and architectural design. Martin has significant work exposure in such areas as space planning, design drawing, structural specifications, and foundation design. Martin is also fluent in both AutoCAD and AutoMATE; the CAD program utilized by the foodservice industry.
Martin has worked for such firms as Trump Taj Mahal Associates, holding the title Job Captain with the responsibility of working with the Foodservice Project Manager to provide equipment arrangement schedules and drawings, including utility rough-in requirements. Also, he has several years experience in structural design and drafting with Summitech Corporation and United Engineers and Constructors, Inc. Martin is also familiar with piping, electrical and HVAC arrangement drawings; experience gained while employed by Day and Zimmerman, Inc. and Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation.
