Louisa has been in the food service industry since 1991, shortly after graduating from college. Her career began with a thirteen-year stint at a stainless steel manufacturer working in CAD. While there, Louisa developed strong industry knowledge to end her ranks with the firm as a senior estimator. Over the years she performed as a supervisor on the estimating team on large scale projects that allowed her to utilize her problem solving skills. Her talents were widely displayed when she helped rethink a segment of company operations and make it into a custom application. Louisa has been a great source of experience joining JEM Associates in 2004.
