Ken is the most recent member to the JEM Associates design team. He has over twenty years in journeyman and mechanical engineering experience. Ken’s career started with the Philadelphia Navel Shipyard. After fifteen years of career achievement and studies, he extended his knowledge base in nuclear plant work as a pipefitter. The last eight years of Ken’s career experience have involved project engineering and project management in commercial kitchen designs. Ken’s experience has been enhanced by his work on several projects widely known in the hospitality industry, such as, Atlantic City’s Hilton, Caesar’s and Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut.
