Kathy has an in depth background in the technical areas of concern with regards to commercial kitchen design. Attending Trenton State College, she majored in Industrial Technology with a minor in drafting. Her former employment qualifications have given her a solid basis for being detail oriented as well as the ability to design and manage a project from conceptual design to completion.
Before being introduced to the field of commercial kitchen design, she spent most of her career working for AT&T. Holding various positions within the company, she left the organization as a team captain, which was attributed to her leadership and organizational ability. Kathy relocated from Florida and has brought a commitment to JEM Associates and their clients to strive to bring the best to the best.
Kathy is presently broadening her knowledge of the industry through attending seminars and workshops. She is a member of the Foodservice Consultant Society International.
