- Development of complete construction documents consisting of:
- Equipment Plans
- Utility Connection Plans Fabricated to UL and NSF Standards
- Equipment Schedules
- Development of written specifications for project performance and foodservice equipment, including interface with electrical and mechanical utility specification package.
- Final review of design documents with owner.
- Issue documents for bidding.
