- Review contractor’s shop drawings, including:
- Utility Connection Plans
- Equipment Submittals
- Fabrication Shop Drawings
- Attend job meetings as necessary.
- Evaluate variations from contractual obligations.
- Punch list areas and equipment related to foodservice contract.
- On site assistance at start-up and orientation walk-through with operator.
